Only use this service if you have already discussed your project and received a quote from us. This service is for custom watch and modified watch pre-orders only.
Custom and modified watches are not eligible for returns due to the time and costs involved in the ordering and build process.
CUSTOM WATCH ORDER PROCESS
Once your custom watch pre-order deposit has been received, the lead time is about 7 weeks. Upon completion of your project, you'll receive a short video showcasing your custom watch.
Once all shipping details have been confirmed and the final payment has been made, your watch will be shipped to your chosen delivery address.
