All watches on our webstore are built / modified to order. Once you place an order the respective parts will be quality checked and assigned to your build.
You will receive acknowledgement of your specification and confirmation that your custom build slot is locked in. Upon completion of your custom watch you will be notified and the watch will be shipped to your address via your chosen delivery method.
Each watch is hand built to order as per your chosen specification and take between 2 to 7 business days to fulfill. Please note any watches ordered via the configurator are subject to a 3 week lead time
All orders placed through our webstore are subject to the build time even if the item is shown as 'in stock' - we do not carry stock of ready built watches.

Get in touch to discuss your project. Once the specification has been agreed and finalised, you will receive a quote including shipping rates.
A £200 pre-order deposit will be payable to lock in your build request for a fully bespoke watch order. From date of pre-order there is approximately a 7 week lead time until completion. Please note a large proportion of the lead time is due to the current waiting list.

All international orders include subsidised insured delivery with FedEx Express. Typically the transit time is between 2 to 7 days. Please go to checkout to see the cost and estimated delivery timeframe for your country.
Delivery within the UK is free and handled via Royal Mail Special Delivery. UK orders generally arrive within 1 to 2 days from day of dispatch.
We offer refunds on all webstore purchased watches returned within 14 days of the date received. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Bespoke watch orders and deposits are not eligible for returns or refunds due to the time and cost invested in building bespoke timepieces. All watches remain the property of CS Watches LTD until paid for in full.
In the unlikely event a defect is exhibited the CS Watches 24 month warranty will cover the watch for repair or replacement where eligible. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

The CS Watches 24 month warranty covers your watch for repair or replacement in case of any fault, failure or defect excluding those which arise due to misuse as outlined below, even during the warranty period:
- Damage caused by improper use or carelessness. For instance water ingress due to improper use of crown.
- Damage or failure to quick set day function through lack of mechanical sympathy.
Superficial damage such as scratches, dents and knocks arising from regular use.
- Damage or failure arising from repair or modification by a third party person or company.
In the event you need to claim a repair or replacement under warranty please get in touch with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue.
