Watches

All watches on our webstore are built / modified to order. Once you place an order the respective parts will be sourced and assigned to your build. You will receive acknowledgement of your specification and confirmation that your custom build slot is locked in.

As these are hand built or modified timepieces as per customer specification, they are subject to a lead time of 3 weeks from the date of order placed. All orders placed through our webstore are subject to the given lead time, even if the item is shown as 'in stock'. We do not carry any ready made watches in stock

Bespoke Services

Get in touch to discuss your project. Once the specification has been agreed and finalised, you will receive a quote including shipping rates.

A £200 pre-order deposit will be payable to lock in your build request for a fully bespoke watch order.

From date of pre-order there is approximately a 7 week lead time until completion. Please note a large proportion of the lead time is due to the current waiting list.

Yes, that's at the very core of what we do. Modification requests are assessed on a case by case basis. Please get in touch below for pricing, feasibility and lead time.

Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide with expedited insured delivery. Please go to checkout to see shipping costs to your location. Please see our shipping policy for further information.

Delivery within the UK is free, tracked and insured.

Returns

We offer refunds on all webstore purchased watches returned within 14 days of the date received. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. As these watches are hand built to order all refunds are subject to a 7.5% service fee deduction from the total order amount.

Bespoke watch orders and deposits are not eligible for returns or refunds due to the time and cost invested involved in building bespoke timepieces.

In the unlikely event a defect is exhibited the CS Watches 12 month warranty will cover the watch for repair or replacement where eligible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty

12 months from the date of purchase.

The CS Watches 12 month warranty covers your watch for repair or replacement in case of any fault, failure or defect excluding those which arise due to misuse as outlined below, even during the warranty period:

- Damage caused by improper use or carelessness. For instance water ingress due to improper use of crown. Damage or failure to quick set date function through lack of mechanical sympathy.

- Superficial damage such as scratches, dents and knocks arising from regular use.

- Damage or failure arising from repair or modification by a third party person or company.

In the event you need to claim a repair or replacement under warranty please get in touch with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue.
