Shipping Policy

All Worldwide shipments are handled by our delivery partner DHL Express. International orders typically take between 2 to 7 days to arrive. Please go to checkout to reveal carriage costs to your location.

Delivery within the UK is free, tracked and insured. Postage is handled via Royal Mail Special Delivery. UK orders generally arrive within 1 to 2 days from day of dispatch.




Customs and VAT


VAT is payable on all purchases made within the UK. The pricing shown on the webstore is inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. When an order is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country's import laws. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. 

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.
By placing an international order which ships outside of the UK, the buyer is responsible any associated costs and must abide by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

Warranty and Guarantees



All CS Watches customised watches are sourced from respected dealers and undergo stringent testing and thorough quality checks during the customisation process.

The CS Watches 12-month warranty period covers your watch for repair or replacement in case of any fault, failure or defect excluding those which arise due to misuse as outlined below, even during the warranty period:

- Damage caused by improper use or carelessness. For instance, mechanical failure due to visibile knocks and dents, water ingress due to improper use of crown. Damage or failure to quick set date function through lack of mechanical sympathy.

- Superficial damage such as scratches, dents and knocks arising from regular use.

- Damage or failure arising from repair or modification by a third-party person or company.

For modified watches the original manufacturers warranty will be void and no longer valid. Therefore, in the event you need to claim a repair or replacement under the CS Watches warranty please get in touch with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue.

 

CS Watches LTD have made great efforts to try and ensure any computer generated graphics and photos are as realistic as possible. Nevertheless, some alterations and differences might appear with the final product. Those differences might be caused by the settings of your navigator or your computer such as the intensity and distortion of colours through a backlit screen.

Where CS Watches LTD produce a commission using imagery or content provided by a customer, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have ownership of the IP (Intellectual Property) and/or relevant approval or permissions to use that content.

Return Policy

We offer refunds on all webstore purchased watches returned within 14 days of the date received. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. As these watches are hand built to order all refunds are subject to a 7.5% service fee deduction from the total order amount.


Bespoke watch orders and deposits are not eligible for returns or refunds due to the time and cost invested in building bespoke timepieces. All watches remain the property of CS Watches LTD until paid for in full.

In the unlikely event a defect is exhibited the CS Watches 12-month warranty will cover the watch for repair or replacement where eligible. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
